Job Description
Admissions Coordinator We are seeking a motivated, organized, and outgoing Admissions Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping students begin their careers in the beauty and medical aesthetics industry. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students through phone, email, text, and in-person inquiries. Conduct campus tours and guide prospective students through the enrollment process. Enroll students into Laser Certification, Esthetics, Advanced Esthetics, Lashes, Cosmetic Injections, Phlebotomy, and PRP courses. Track student enrollments, tuition payments, and maintain accurate student records. Follow up with leads and make 70-100 outbound calls per day. Manage CRM/student management systems and ensure all documentation is complete. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality. Assist with recruiting events, outreach, and promotional activities. Coordinate admissions for both our Bloomington and Woodbury-area campuses, with travel between locations as needed. Qualifications preferred Previous admissions, sales, recruiting, or customer service experience preferred. Strong sales background with confidence in closing enrollments. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Comfortable giving campus tours and speaking with prospective students. Experience with CRM or student management systems is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics, or cosmetology industry experience is a plus. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
