Your role as a Front Desk Representative will allow you to serve the community, simplify healthcare, and help to provide creative solutions to ensure a world class experience. You'll join a creative and passionate team of physicians and clinical staff. This role offers plenty of opportunity to grow your skills and expand your knowledge in healthcare!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer phone call and schedule all providers and patient appointments. Prepare patient charts during check in. Greet patients and maintain and effective and efficient registration process. Obtain and enter demographic and insurance information into the system. Collect any co-pays shown on patient accounts. Schedule patients accurately and effectively for appointments. Notify patients of collection policies and procedures. Take accurate and complete phone messages for providers and staff. Route calls to the appropriate department when needed. Notify appropriate staff when supplies are needed and following standard supply protocol. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent Willingness and ability to work and travel between all three clinic locations Valid Driver's License
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
