30-5:30, Th 8-6, F off About Us Lux Family Chiropractic is a nervous system-focused practice supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and childhood. Our patients aren't just names on a schedule. They're families who trust us with some of the biggest, most tender moments of their lives. We're growing, and we're looking for the right person to grow with us. The Role This person is the first face a patient sees walking in and the last one they talk to before they leave. In between, they're keeping the schedule moving, handling check-in and check-out, answering phones, performing nervous system scans, and making sure every family feels genuinely cared for. It's a busy, people-facing role with a lot of moving pieces. We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable taking initiative, and able to keep things moving when the office gets busy. Someone who learns quickly, takes pride in doing things well, and brings a positive presence to the team. And there are some pretty great parts of the job. Some moments mean holding a baby so mom can get adjusted in peace. Others mean sitting on the floor stacking blocks with a three-year-old or reading the same picture book for the third time that day because they asked so nicely. You have to genuinely enjoy being around kids and families. No chiropractic experience needed. We'll train the right person on everything. What You'll Do Greet patients and make them feel welcome Manage the schedule and keep the day flowing Handle patient check-in and check-out Answer phones and patient questions Make reminder and follow-up calls Perform nervous system scans (full training provided) Help patients know what to expect throughout their visits Keep patient information and day-to-day details organized Keep the front desk and patient areas ready Help with babies and kids when needed Work alongside the doctors and team to keep the office running smoothly Notice what needs attention and take care of it About Our Team We're a small team, so every person matters. Off Consistent weekly schedule, with occasional community events outside these hours with advance notice. Compensation $18•20/hour , based on experience.
