Job Description
Responsibilities Check insurance benefits prior to patient visit for current eligibility information. Must have good attention to detail. Greet and welcome patients. Our customer service experience is top priority. We go above and beyond to make every patient experience exceptional. Day to day front office duties, including answering phones, communicating with patients and insurance companies Utilize Dentrix Ascend for patient scheduling and records. Schedule and confirm appointments. Review treatment plan fees with patients. Qualifications Customer service driven mindset. Great attention to detail Ability to work well with others. Well organized and a self starter. knowledge of dental terminology and procedures. Minimum of 3 years dental insurance / billing experience.
