In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes to ensure smooth patient flow Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details, medical history, and appointment schedules Manage electronic health records (EHR) efficiently, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with health regulation policies Answer phone calls promptly, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries with clarity and positive communication Support medical staff by preparing necessary documentation, verifying insurance coverage, and processing billing information Maintain a clean, organized front office environment that adheres to health safety standards Assist with administrative support tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence Requirements Prior experience in a medical office setting or dental office experience is highly preferred Knowledge of health regulation policies and medical administrative procedures Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) management systems Strong understanding of health insurance processes and billing procedures Familiarity with medical terminology to facilitate effective communication within healthcare teams Office experience demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality Join us to be part of a compassionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient experiences.
