The not-for-profit, 25-bed Critical Access Hospital features a 24-hour physician-staffed emergency department, with state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging and electronic medical record services. Our large, quiet labor/birthing rooms are private and located away from other patient care areas. The private patient rooms on the 5th floor Medical/Surgical Department boast views from every window. Administration, staff, and medical providers are committed to delivering high quality, comprehensive health care services to the people of the Hi-Line communities of Montana. Specialties of our active staff of doctors include Anesthesiology, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, General Surgery, Hematology, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Optometry, Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine, Pain Management, Pathology, Podiatry, Psychiatry, Psychology, Radiology and Women's Health. This position will be assigned the responsibility of checking medical claims status with insurance companies on claims filed on behalf of Northern Montana Health Care as well as working with patients to resolve their accounts on which there is patient responsibility. Other duties include, but are not limited to, coordinating patient financial assistance documents and researching patients that have moved and left no forwarding address. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Computer literate, good organizational skills, effective communication skills and ability to learn quickly and be assertive.
