Patient Access Representative

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Access Representative. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient experiences within our healthcare facility. This is a full-time position.

Duties:

• Assist Patients with Registration and Scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
• Help team members with tasks related to patient flow in busy

Imaging Center Skills:

• Familiarity with front desk operations in a dental or medical office setting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
