• Adolescent IOP/PHP About us Joshua Tree Health, formerly Simply Teens Outpatient is an adolescent-focused behavioral health program in Apex, NC, providing Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services for teens and tweens ages 10-17.

What the Role Entails Carry a caseload of 8 clients, 25 clinical hours max Oversee IOP groups as part of a multidisciplinary team across the weekly schedule above Provide individual and family sessions on Wednesday and Friday Provide clinical intake assessments Maintain one weekly crisis therapy appointment slot Attend 90-minute case consultation once a week Attend 30-minute admin/staff meeting weekly Collaborate with team members and community providers to offer best-practice care Maintain up-to-date authorizations and documentation daily Dedicate up to 40 hours per week to this role, including all direct client hours and administrative responsibilities Compensation & Benefits Paths to Lead Clinician, Intern Supervision, Associate clinician supervision included as W2 Health, dental, and vision insurance Short-term disability Weekly case consultation Continuing education credits (CEs) CPR & First Aid training Company laptop W-2 position What You Bring At least 1 year of experience working with adolescents Familiarity or experience with DBT and trauma informed care Active, unrestricted, independent license: LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist Associate licensed Master's or doctoral degree Experience conducting assessments Experience conducting individual and family therapy Familiarity with group therapy Proficiency in treatment planning, progress notes, biopsychosocial assessments, and narrative documentation Working knowledge of levels of care (IOP, PHP, OP) Solid understanding of HIPAA regulations and mandated reporting requirements Simply Teens Outpatient / Joshua Tree Health is an equal opportunity employer.
