Relocation Bonus:

Design a schedule that works for your life and your patients. The Role We are seeking a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing home care team. You will play a vital role in helping children overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential through:
Comprehensive Assessments:
Evaluating speech, language, and communication skills to identify specific needs and goals.
Individualized Therapy:
Implementing evidence-based practices and play-based techniques for articulation, fluency, and social communication.
Family Empowerment:
Working closely with families to provide the strategies and resources they need to support development at home.
Care Coordination:
Collaborating with educators and other therapy disciplines to ensure a holistic approach to the child's care.
Qualifications Education:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Certification:
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
State Licensure:
Valid and current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Clinical Skills:
Experience with diverse pediatric populations (infants through adolescents) and knowledge of developmental milestones.
Soft Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage children effectively in their natural environments.
