Pay Rate:

$ 24.00/Hour 📍 Hybrid Schedule | In Office Every Monday + One Additional Day of Your Choice 🕒 Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-6:00 PM or 10:00 AM-7:00 PM 🚀 Potential for Full-Time Conversion 💙 What You'll Do As a Patient Benefit Representative, you will: ✅ Verify insurance eligibility and process prescription benefit information ✅ Review and troubleshoot pharmacy claim rejections ✅ Support healthcare providers through the prior authorization process ✅ Assist patients with medication access, financial assistance programs, and order status updates ✅ Coordinate medication deliveries and payment arrangements ✅ Manage refill reminders and patient follow-up activities ✅ Handle inbound calls from patients, providers, clinics, and healthcare partners ✅ Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation ✅ Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality ✅ Identify and report adverse events and product concerns when necessary 🎯

Qualifications Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare, pharmacy, patient access, insurance verification, or related experience
• Experience with insurance eligibility and prior authorization processes
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
• Specialty pharmacy experience
• Benefits investigation experience
