Our beautiful, state-of-the-art dental office is currently under construction in Clayton, NC, and we are looking for an energetic, highly motivated Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist with an unwavering positive attitude to join us starting in early June 2026. We are passionate about helping people solve problems and improve their lives. Our new office will look, feel, smell, and sound amazing. It includes modern amenities, comforts, and the best new technology to inspire our team and our patients. Since we will be spending our working days together, it's important that we genuinely enjoy our time, too. What We're Looking For:

Prior dental experience is a preferred but not required!

A True People Person:

You must be incredibly personable, empathetic, and possess a consistently positive attitude.

Excellent Communicator:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be managing phones, scheduling, and patient interactions.

Organized & Timely:

Consistent habits in organization, multitasking, and keeping the daily schedule running smoothly.

A Team Player:

Willingness to help in other areas of the practice as we grow, including social media or grassroots marketing.

Bonus:
