Job Description
Position Summary Responsible for creating the first impression of the organization's services to patients and families and other external customers. Performs outpatient scheduling, registration for all patients (emergency, ambulatory, and inpatients) and collects proper data, documents, and signatures to ensure hospital bills will be paid by third party payer or the patient. Serves as first point of contact for physician offices and other customers regarding scheduling procedures at ECU Health. Minimum Requirements High School or Equivalent (GED) or higher is required
