  • Wakefield and Garner Locations We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly personable Patient Services Representative to join our team at our Garner Urgent Care.
This role is vital to ensuring a seamless experience for every patient from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Accurately collect and input patient information into the electronic health record system Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations Handle incoming calls and front desk correspondence Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to provide outstanding service
What You Bring:
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Commitment to delivering top-tier customer service Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks Ability to build and maintain positive, effective working relationships with co-workers, providers, and patients At least 1 year of experience in a medical office setting is required
Schedule:
This position works three 13-hour shifts per week. The schedule rotates weekly and some weekend work is required as part of the rotating schedule.
