- Wakefield and Garner Locations We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly personable Patient Services Representative to join our team at our Garner Urgent Care.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Accurately collect and input patient information into the electronic health record system Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations Handle incoming calls and front desk correspondence Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to provide outstanding serviceWhat You Bring:
