Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate CNA to join our home care team and provide one-on-one support to clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Nurse Aide, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily tasks, personal care, and companionship, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation Provide mobility and transfer assistance , including use of walkers, wheelchairs, or gait belts Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, tidying rooms) Prepare and serve meals and snacks based on client preferences and dietary needs Offer companionship and emotional support Monitor and report any changes in client health, behavior, or environment to the supervisor Follow care plans and work closely with supervising nurses or care coordinators Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
