This is more than a front desk position. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, confidently discussing treatment and financial arrangements, and working alongside an amazing team to deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do Welcome and check patients in and out Schedule appointments and answer phones Present treatment plans and discuss patient balances Help keep the schedule and front office running smoothly Support your teammates and create a positive patient experience What We're Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional, and dependable Strong attention to detail and organization Positive attitude and willingness to help others Comfortable discussing treatment and financial arrangements Experience in a dental office is strongly preferred. Experience presenting treatment plans or discussing financial arrangements with patients is a major plus.
