Job Description
Medical Office Check-Out & Billing Specialist Lexington Family Physicians, PA is looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented team member to join our front-office team! What you'll do:
- Check patients out & collect payments
- Post patient & electronic payments
- Prepare and balance daily deposits
- Review patient accounts & assist with collections
- Answer phones & schedule appointments
- Assist with check-in and other front-office duties
- Answer basic billing questions
- Process paperwork, labs & other documents What we're looking for: ⭐ Great customer service ⭐ Strong attention to detail ⭐ Dependable & organized ⭐ Comfortable handling money and patient accounts ⭐ Team player with a positive attitude ⭐ Medical office/billing experience is a plus!
