Our work environment includes:
Modern office setting
Responsibilities:
Support our clinical team of Doctors, Dental Assistants and Hygienist. Answering incoming calls. Scheduling/Confirming appointments. Checking patients in and out. Knowledge and ability to discuss Treatment Planning. Ability to assist (when needed) with the flow of patients throughout the office. Work collaboratively with TEAM. Ability to communicate with other dental offices regarding referrals. Ability to communicate with insurance companies (verify insurance and following up on any outstanding claims). Obtain and maintain patient records. EagleSoft Knowledge and Dental Office Experience is a plus. Ability to preform EOD (end of day) duties and submit reports. Attention to details.
