Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, dependable person who genuinely enjoys working with people to join our chiropractic office team. This position is much more than answering the phone. We are looking for someone who takes personal responsibility, pays close attention to details, and takes pride in making sure patients' accounts and information are accurate. Duties Warmly greet patients and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as EZ Bis. Schedule appointments efficiently using medical scheduling software, ensuring optimal clinic flow Handle patient payments and carefully review account details. Manage patient records accurately, review documentation for completeness, and ensure proper filing of medical records in electronic health records (EHR) systems. Pay close attention to patient account information and identify discrepancies. Answer incoming phone calls professionally. Return phone calls and messages promptly. Assist with collecting and documenting information needed for insurance and patient accounts. Help maintain accurate patient records. Assist with general front office responsibilities. Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, providing excellent customer service and phone etiquette while directing calls appropriately. Work closely with the rest of our team to provide an excellent patient experience.

A team player . You are willing to jump in and help wherever needed. Someone who cares . We want someone who takes pride in doing their job welland treating our patients with kindness and respect. Previous chiropractic or medical-office experience is a plus, but personality, dependability, attention to detail and willingness to learn are extremely important to us.
Pay:
From $13.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 12.0 per week Application Question(s): Are you available to consistently work the following schedule? Friday 7:45 AM -12:15 PM and 1:45 PM -5:15 PM, plus Saturday 7:15 AM-10:30 AM (soon changing to every other Saturday) YES NO This position requires handling patient accounts, payments, and insurance-related information.
