Friday:
8:00am - 5:00pm Company Overview Coastal Carolina Health Care, P.A. is a multi-specialty group practice dedicated to promoting the health of our patients through high-quality, compassionate, and personalized health care. Established in 1998 with roots dating back to 1962, we strive to meet the evolving healthcare needs of our community. Summary We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team at CCHC Imaging Center. This role is vital in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional service and support throughout their healthcare journey. The Patient Services Representative will contribute significantly to our mission of providing comprehensive and personalized care. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner. Manage patient appointments and maintain accurate scheduling. Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services. Collect and verify patient information for medical records. Maintain a clean and organized front office environment. Support administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in a medical office setting. Strong knowledge of medical terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in medical administrative support tasks. Familiarity with EPIC is a plus. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
