Job Description
One of North Carolina's largest physician'owned multispecialty groups is seeking a primary care physician to join an established team in a high'growth, resort'style community. For more than 70 years, this physician'led organization with more than 130 providers has served communities across central North Carolina, maintaining a culture centered on clinical excellence, collaboration, and long'term physician success. This opportunity offers a rare combination of autonomy, stability, and a clear pathway to ownership.
Position Details:
- 100% outpatient practice
- No weekends or holiday coverage
- Minimal phone call rotation
- Established team of physicians and APPs
- 15-20 patients per day
- Dedicated walk'in clinic support of 11 APPs to preserve continuity and schedule flexibility
- Onsite imaging, laboratory services, and extensive specialty support
