Who We're Looking For We are seeking compassionate and motivated graduate-level and associate-level therapists to join our growing outpatient team. This position is ideal for recent graduates, early-career clinicians, and associate-level therapists seeking strong supervision, mentorship, and support in building a successful caseload. We are looking for clinicians who are collaborative, eager to learn, culturally responsive, and passionate about providing quality mental health care to children, teens, adults, couples, and families. What We Offer Clinical supervision for associate-level licensure Supportive mentorship and ongoing clinical consultation Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Administrative support for scheduling, billing, credentialing, and client coordination Referral network and marketing support to help build your caseload Comfortable, fully furnished office space Professional development and continuing education opportunities Opportunities for leadership growth and career advancement AI-assisted support for clinical documentation and note-taking Team appreciation events and wellness initiatives Free gym membership Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient therapy using evidence-based interventions Conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Maintain accurate and timely clinical records Maintain agreed-upon caseload and productivity expectations Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team Participate in supervision, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities Build therapeutic relationships and support positive client outcomes Provide compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related mental health field Active or associate-level licensure in North Carolina (e.g., LCMHCA, LCSWA, MFTA) Recent graduates are encouraged to apply Strong desire to learn, grow, and develop clinically within a supportive outpatient environment Experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families is a plus Training in CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-informed care, or Play Therapy is a plus Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Experience using SimplePractice or similar EHR systems is a plus Commitment to culturally competent and trauma-informed care Additional Information On-site position based at our Raleigh - Brier Creek office Clinicians will report to the Associate Clinical Director for supervision and support Fee-for-service position Full-time and part-time opportunities available Professional development and clinical growth are strongly encouraged Benefits Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Clinical supervision for associate-level licensure Referral and marketing support Supportive mentorship environment Free gym membership
