This role offers oversight of a large inpatient division including: 85+ Med/Surg/PCU beds 155+ teammates Established Nurse Manager and Clinical Coordinator support structure Reports to a supportive and collaborative Chief Nursing Officer The organization is seeking a visible, team-oriented nursing leader who enjoys mentoring frontline leaders, strengthening culture, and driving operational improvement initiatives.
