Job Description
Fast-paced Dental Practice Full-Time, Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM-5:00 PM We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated New Patient Coordinator to join our fast-paced, privately-owned dental practice! The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a busy environment, a team player willing to assist in any department and passionate about providing an excellent patient experience from the first phone call through treatment. We pride ourselves on the fun and supportive culture we have cultivated here at our practice! This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to quality dental care while allowing for work-life balance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Check patients in and provide a welcoming front-office experience
- Assist with keeping the schedule full and productive
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to our guests
- Review financial options and help our guests understand their treatment costs
- Communicate effectively with guests and the dental team
- Maintain accurate patient information and scheduling records
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous dental front-office experience preferred (Eaglesoft)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial options with guests
- Positive, professional, and friendly attitude
- Dependable team player who takes initiative
- Strong attention to detail
