Full-Time Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate clinician to provide services within a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) specializing in Substance Use Disorders (SUD) for a newly established company providing services to clients with private insurance and self-pay. This role delivers structured, intensive outpatient care to individuals in recovery, supporting stabilization, relapse prevention, and long-term wellness. Candidates with dual licensure and military/veteran experience are strongly encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients enrolled in the PHP level of care Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups focused on substance use recovery, coping skills, and relapse prevention Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with North Carolina regulations and payer requirements Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including medical providers, case managers, and peer support specialists Coordinate care with external providers, community resources, and referral sources Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and program development Support discharge planning and step-down transitions to appropriate levels of care Maintain knowledge of best practices in SUD treatment, including trauma-informed care and co-occurring disorders- May be responsible for initial assessment
- Prepare individual treatment plans for each assigned patient
- Act as a liaison between referral sources and patient
- Provide crisis intervention to patient, as needed
