Answer and manage incoming phone calls as needed Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently Verify and update patient information in the medical record Collect co-pays and patient payments Assist patients with payment plan processes Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff Support billing and administrative workflows Help maintain an organized and positive front office environment
