Requirements:

Your Role:

Patient Account Representative Help patients navigate their medical billing with compassion and professionalism: Handle inbound calls and make courtesy outbound calls Negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances Assist patients with insurance-related questions Maintain detailed documentation of all communications Follow HIPAA, company, state, and federal regulations What We're Looking For

ATTENDANCE IS CRITICAL

• Reliable team members who honor their committed schedule

Required Qualifications:

Medical office experience (preferred) OR strong customer service background Exceptional customer service and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database systems High school diploma or equivalent Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Team player with a positive attitude

Personal Qualities:

Honest, authentic, and hardworking Empathetic approach to patient interactions Willingness to learn and grow Professional phone manners

Work Environment & Schedule Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM or 8:30 AM start time (based on staffing needs)
