Short Description In collaboration with senior leaders, the Senior Director spearheads the delivery of an exceptional experience to the patients, customers, and physicians that contact the Access Center. Oversees the processes and procedures that appropriately support Cooper's mission while upholding its brand, vision, values, and culture. Provides for smooth communication and issues resolution related to physician protocols, desired scheduling practices, and the overall relationship between the Access Center and the medical disciplines it serves. Experience Required Minimum of five years recent and progressive managerial experience in a clinical setting. Demonstrated competence in administration, education and clinical nursing practice. Demonstrates understanding of the social, political, and economic influences affecting health care programs. Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively. Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred License/Certification Requirements Current RN licensure in State of New Jersey. Salary Min ($) USD $52.00 Salary Max ($) USD $86.00
