About Us Aura Total Health is a growing medical wellness center specializing in orthopedic and spine care. We're looking for a dependable, hands-on operations coordinator who can wear many hats — think office manager, scheduler, and problem-solver all in one. What You'll Do Oversee daily front and back office operations across multiple locations Manage patient scheduling, including coordination of surgical scheduling with providers and surgical centers Handle billing-related tasks, including familiarity with PIP (Personal Injury Protection) and LOP (Letter of Protection) cases Use AdvancedMD software for scheduling, billing, and patient records management Serve as a key point of contact for patients, providers, and staff — keeping communication clear and friendly Travel between office locations as needed to support staffing and operational needs Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and jump in wherever help is needed — this is a true all-rounder role Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment What We're Looking For Experience with AdvancedMD required Working knowledge of medical billing, PIP, and LOP processes Experience scheduling surgeries or coordinating with surgical centers preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and locations Friendly, open-minded, and adaptable attitude — someone who can build genuine rapport with patients and staff Comfortable in a role that changes day to day; not looking for someone who only wants a fixed task list Reliable transportation and willingness to commute between office locations as needed Works 5 days per week; weekends required Stay connected with leadership — this role works closely with our CEOs and Partners and requires being reachable by text around the clock for urgent updates Why Join Aura Total Health Be part of a growing wellness center with real opportunity to shape how the office runs Work alongside a supportive, patient-focused team Variety in your day-to-day — no two days look exactly the same To apply: Submit your resume along with a brief note on your experience with AdvancedMD and medical billing/scheduling.
