Dental Patient & Financial Coordinator Hackensack, NJ | Full-Time | $24-$27/hour | Benefits | Immediate Opening We are seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced Dental Patient & Financial Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident working with patients, discussing treatment plans and finances, and managing appointments in a busy multi-specialty dental practice. Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred. Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Present and explain treatment plans and financial options Review insurance benefits and patient responsibilities Discuss payment options and financing with patients Collect payments and assist with financial arrangements Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding balances Provide excellent patient service and assist with front-office duties Qualifications Dental office experience preferred Treatment or financial coordination experience is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, organized, and dependable Comfortable discussing treatment and finances with patients Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred Benefits $24-$27/hour , based on experience 401(k) with employer matching Health insurance Paid time off Paid sick time Employee discount On-the-job training We are hiring immediately!
