Do you have dental front desk experience and looking for your "forever home" we may be what you have been looking for. We don't want an "average person" We want exceptional individuals who are eager to help us achieve our goal of being the best dental practice possible. This includes how we handle our patients on a day-to-day basis and how we operate as a team. You would work in a special environment where we focus on maintaining a positive mindset and looking for solutions rather than whining about problems. We are looking for that missing piece that fits our culture. I want to hire someone who will be a "Superstar" on a small team devoted to providing the best dental care possible to our patients. More than anything else, I'm look for an attentive, eager, curious, and punctual person who is ready to be a key cog in our dental practice. We hire for the "Right Person" first, not just a set of skills or years of experience (but those don't hurt). This is a small dental practice and sometimes you need to wear a hat you didn't expect and get an odd job done. If you're the type of person who only does what is expected and refuses to do anything else, this is not going to be a good fit for you. We want a team player who will gladly say "Yes I can". Our office is different from many other dental offices. We avoid drama and there is NO Yelling. We Take responsibility when something goes wrong and we all step up to help out. This is a TEAM. The culture is upbeat and positive. Everyone gets along really well, and you'll feel welcome right away. This can be a Full or Part Time Position!!
