Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral health and mental health assessments Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy Develop and implement recovery-oriented treatment plans Treat individuals experiencing mental health disorders, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions Support clients in achieving treatment goals, emotional wellness, and long-term recovery Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Provide both telehealth and in-person outpatient counseling services Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, nurses, case managers, and other behavioral health professionals Required Qualifications Education & Licensure Master's Degree in Social Work or another mental health-related discipline Current New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) License Experience & Skills Experience providing: Individual Therapy Family Therapy Group Therapy Experience treating mental health disorders, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy skills Ability to provide both telehealth and in-person counseling services Valid New Jersey driver's license with acceptable driving history Preferred Qualifications Experience as an Outpatient Therapist, Behavioral Health Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, or Clinical Social Worker Experience in community mental health settings Knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care Experience working with substance use disorders and dual-diagnosis populations Bilingual English/Spanish Ready to Make a Difference?
