Schedule:
Monday- Friday No Weekends Flex-schedule In office presence , NO remote work Full Time - 40 hours per week Responsibilities Collection on delinquent medical accounts through a manual system Ability to effectively work both individually and in a team setting Capacity to operate in a fast-paced environment Professional and respectful communication with consumers, clients, management and peers Comprehension and appropriate execution of laws and regulations pertaining to the industry Above all, maintain 100% client satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in medical office settings with a strong understanding of medical billing and revenue cycle management practices Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for electronic health record management related to billing processes Ability to navigate billing software efficiently Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, providers, and insurance representatives Join us in making a difference by ensuring the patients we interact with receive accurate billing services while supporting the financial stability of our healthcare organization.
