Fee-for-Service Contract We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinicians to join our outpatient team. If you are passionate about providing meaningful, community-based mental health services and value professional support and supervision, we invite you to apply. Our clinicians work with diverse client populations and are supported in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.Position Overview:
The Licensed Clinician will provide individual, couples, marital, family, and group psychotherapy in a professional, ethical, and evidence-based manner. Clinicians maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in supervision and professional development, and contribute to a positive, client-centered care environment. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for clinical growth make this a rewarding role for clinicians seeking meaningful work. Clinicians with afternoon and evening availability preferred (3pm-8pm).Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT and trauma-informed approaches, tailored to each client's needs.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to coordinate care and support positive client outcomes.
- Participate in supervision, continuing education, and professional development to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills.
- Uphold all professional and ethical standards in clinical practice.
Qualifications:
- Licensed in New Jersey as an LCSW or LPC.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Specialized training (e.g., EMDR therapy, trauma-focused modalities) highly desirable.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and EMR/EHR systems, preferred.
- Spanish-speaking clinicians strongly encouraged to apply.
- Eligible for participation in third-party reimbursement programs.
Compensation:
LCSW/LPC
Up to $65/hourSchedule:
- Flexible hours; evening availability (Monday-Friday, 3pm-8pm).
- Saturday availability 9am-4pm; some daytime hours possible. Saturday availability requires an active LPC or LCSW
- Minimum hours: 10/week for
LPC/LCSW
