The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, enjoys working with patients, and is a positive team player who can thrive in a busy dental office environment. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service Assist patients with registration, forms, and other front desk paperwork Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage Answer incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Handle insurance billing and process patient payments Communicate with patients regarding appointments, insurance, and account questions Work closely with the dental team to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience Perform other front desk duties as needed Qualifications Previous dental office front desk experience is required Experience with Dentrix is required Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Strong verbal and written communication skills Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office environment What We're Looking For We want someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every patient and can become a dependable member of our team.
