Summary:
The Assistant Manager works as a member of the Registration Team, reporting to the Registration Manager. This role oversees the day to day needs of our various offices, working as an extension of the Registration Manager as needed by the Manager. The Assistant Manager also performs the duties needed to successfully register a patient to have a procedure done at Great Lakes Medical Imaging and supports the patient experience throughout their time at GLMI. Effective communication between the PSR team, Manager Team, and departments and exemplary patient care must be maintained. This role performs a variety of tasks beyond registration including; patient calls, documentation in charts, and assisting with both patient and other co-worker needs.The Great Lakes Way Mindset, Values, and Behaviors MINDSET:
