Job Description

Shape the Patient Care Experience with Us Join NewYork-Presbyterian Queens as a Patient Access Representative in our Physical Therapy and Rehab Services Department and make a lasting impact on every patient's journey. Be the welcoming face that guides patients and families through their care experience, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and valued. As part of our dynamic administrative team, you'll help us deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse community while working in a collaborative, patient-first environment. What You'll Do Register patients for procedures and appointments with accuracy and compassion. Collect and verify demographic and insurance details, including pre-certifications and authorizations. Coordinate scheduling to ensure a smooth patient experience. Serve as a calm, reassuring presence for patients navigating their hospital visit. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 am
