Our dedicated team has helped hundreds of families and individuals lead happier, healthier lives through a wide range of specialties, including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, trauma, and more. We pride ourselves on being one of the largest and most respected counseling practices in the area.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Intake Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in facilitating a positive experience for our clients as they begin their journey toward improved mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage patient scheduling and coordinate appointments Conduct initial intake assessments and gather necessary patient information Maintain accurate data entry and manage patient records using InSync EMR Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
Qualifications:
High school diploma required Previous medical office experience required Strong customer service skills Able to go in-person to our office Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems; experience with InSync is a plus Why Join KPA?
