This position is responsible for performing administrative/clerical tasks to aid our technologists and radiologists in executing diagnostic imaging services. Being able to work independently within a team-based environment. Showcasing your excellent organizational skills by managing our inventory of film and processing requests when needed. Courteously communicating on the telephone, relaying accurate messages to appropriate personnel, and answering patient call intercom promptly. Having a customer service attitude with patients/visitors/families and ancillary staff that visit the desk. Communicating effectively with other departments and ensuring information gets to the appropriate person in a timely manner. Providing training and participating in the orientation of new personnel.
