$175-$215/hour North Ocean Serenity is a growing outpatient mental health practice in Patchogue seeking a part-time Psychiatrist (MD or DO) to join our clinical team. We offer a flexible opportunity for a psychiatrist who wants to focus on patient care while becoming part of a growing, collaborative mental health practice. What We Offer Compensation starting at $175/hour, with rates up to $215/hour based on experience, availability, and scope of responsibilities Flexible part-time scheduling Ability to start with limited hours and expand as the practice grows Primarily outpatient psychiatric care Administrative and scheduling support Established primary care referral network Collaborative environment with mental health and medical providers Modern outpatient office in Patchogue Opportunity for future clinical leadership for interested physicians The Role Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and follow-up care. Our administrative team handles scheduling and day-to-day practice operations, allowing you to focus primarily on your patients and clinical care. We are open to psychiatrists who currently maintain another hospital, academic, outpatient, or private-practice position and are looking to add a flexible outpatient schedule. The initial schedule can be built around your availability and expanded based on patient demand and mutual interest. Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Active or eligible for New York State medical licensure Strong clinical and communication skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care
