This non-profit hospital features three centers of excellence: Maternal/Child services, Orthopedics and Rehabilitation. St. Charles also offers services in general surgery, colon/rectal surgery, bariatric surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, pediatrics, diagnostic imaging, emergency medicine, epilepsy, stroke care, Female Pelvic Floor Disorders Center, and a nationally accredited Sleep Disorders Center. Job Details We are currently searching for Patient Access Representatives to join our team. Evening Shift 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have a minimum of one year of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Patient Access Services functions.
Required skills include:
Understanding of insurance, pre-certification requirements and medical terminology. Strong computer skills. Customer focus with strong interpersonal skills; problem-solving skills; The ability to handle confidentiality appropriately; demonstrate professionalism Strong written and verbal communication skills; and the ability to multi-task. Posted Salary Range USD $21.18 - USD $28.25 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and position location. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
