  • Full-time We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Receptionist responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a medical office, ensuring efficient and effective functioning.
Coordinate patient scheduling, including managing appointments and ensuring appropriate medical insurance coverage. Manage the the front desk, telephones, greet patients, follow up with patients for appointment reminders, prescriptions, records, and other related patient services. Coordinate with medical facilities, health insurance companies, and billing companies to insure approval for medical services. Prepare and submit billing data to billing company. Assist Doctor with Patient Notes & Data entry into Practice Fusion and EPIC EHRs. Monitor and manage patient flow to optimize efficiency and minimize wait times. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems such as Practice Fusion and/or Epic. Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Oversee inventory management of medical supplies and equipment.

Previous experience in Medical Office Services/Reception Experience with
Electronic Health Records:
Practice Fusion or EPIC Medical Billing experience is a plus Excellent written and verbal communications skills Excellent Public Relations skills' '
