Schedule:
Full-Time (M-F 8 - 4:30) About Solero Behavioral Transitions Solero Behavioral Transitions offers a safe, structured environment for adults managing substance use and mental health challenges. As a dual diagnosis outpatient program, we provide integrated treatment for individuals with primary substance use or mental health disorders.
Responsibilities:
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Assessment and Referral Department. Manage and maintain accurate admission documentation, consent forms, and intake records in compliance with regulatory standards. Inventory, document, and secure patient belongings during the admission process. Receive and professionally handle incoming referral and inquiry calls from potential clients, families, and referral sources. Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and external referral partners. Collaborate with clinical and support teams to facilitate timely admissions and assist other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
