Job Overview Position is entry level, no medical certification or experience required. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate medical office receptionist/assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care. They will be responsible for supporting patient services and ensuring efficient operations within the practice. Duties Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures by preparing patients and equipment. Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and updating patient information. Administer basic life support as needed and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with patients and staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical supplies. Schedule patient appointments, manage follow-ups, and coordinate referrals as necessary. Provide education to patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care. Support allergy and other office procedures by preparing necessary tools and assisting during treatments. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; entry level job and no medical certification or experience is required. Submit contact information of two individuals as references. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service excellence. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
