Job Description

Responsibilities The Manager of Outpatient Services provides overall leadership and oversees the day to day operations of the Outpatient Department. He/she is responsible for the direct clinical and administrative supervision of all employees in the outpatient department, Transportation Department & the Clients Rights Officer. In addition, he/she conducts assessments, facilitates leads group therapy sessions, and manages emergencies as needed based on census and staff absences. The manager is available to fill in for any outpatient program when needed, and works closely with the Assistant Administrator to develop programming and services to best meet patient need, and collaborates with other departments to assure patients stepping down from inpatient units are smoothly transitioned to this level of care. Qualifications Education/Experience :
Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling, with a minimum of three (3) years' experience in progressively more responsible positions.
Licensure:
Licensed Independent Social Work (LISW) with supervisory endorsement (S) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with supervisory endorsement. Chemical dependency credentials strongly preferred,
Additional Requirements :
Trained in non-violent crisis intervention training and CPR prior to accepting independent assignment or released from orientation.
