Front Office Patient Care Coordinator (Patient Experience & Practice Growth) We are seeking a dedicated, polished, and professional Front Office Patient Care Coordinator to join our fast-paced, patient-focused, and aesthetics-driven practice. This is a full-time, front-desk role ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, creative, and excited to contribute to both exceptional patient experiences and practice growth. About the
Role:
As the first and last impression of our practice, the Patient Care Coordinator plays a critical role in shaping every patient visit. You'll be responsible for welcoming patients, managing scheduling and administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth, elevated front office experience. In addition to front desk duties, this role offers the opportunity to support business development initiatives, patient retention efforts, and internal growth projects. Key Responsibilities:
Front Office & Patient Experience Warmly greet, check in, and check out patients while creating a welcoming, luxury-level atmosphere Manage phones, emails, scheduling, and patient inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Maintain accurate patient records and assist with EMR/documentation Support patient education and communication before and after treatments Ensure the front desk and waiting area remain clean, organized, and visually polished Business Development & Growth Support Assist with patient retention, rebooking, and follow-up communication Help identify opportunities to improve patient flow, efficiency, and overall experience Support promotional efforts, special events, and internal initiatives designed to grow the practice Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and operational enhancements Assist with light marketing, social media coordination, or creative projects (a plus, not required) Contribute ideas that support practice growth, brand consistency, and patient loyalty

Requirements:
Professional appearance and adherence to dress code (hair, makeup, and nails groomed) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with grace and professionalism Willingness to take initiative and support a "whatever it takes" team mentality Availability to work full-time, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
