Position Summary Credence has an immediate need for an experienced Administrative Support (Office of the Registrar) who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Institute of Technology Graduate School of Engineering and Management (AFIT/ENE) directorate at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. AFIT's Graduate School of Engineering and Management focuses on high-quality graduate education and research. EN works on the leading edges of the technological disciplines that keep the Air Force dominance in defending the nation. The Graduate School provides graduate degrees and certificates in engineering, applied science, mathematics, and management. The appeal for the school's distinct educational opportunities is widespread and attracts high-quality students from the other United States (US) armed services, Government agencies both inside and outside the Department of Defense (DoD), coalition countries, and US citizens (civilians) from across the country. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below: Manage and organize resources and personnel needed to efficiently and effectively meet task objectives and explore new approaches as applicable.
Conduct research, collect program/project data, and develop presentations and briefings for office requesters covering studies, analyses, metrics, plans, progress reports, metric status reports, and related topics.
Provide administrative support to Government personnel, including the Dean and Associate Dean.
Upload transcripts, verify academic records, and ensure accuracy for members in the MilPDS database.
Support student in-processing, ensure network/system access requests are being processed, and coordinate with students and faculty to address student experience and campus service feedback and requests.
Provide auxiliary support for daily operations, including enrollment, add/drop requests, end-of-quarter grade and graduation activities, admission inquiries, and higher headquarters requests and initiatives.
Assist with the new employee in-processing system and arrange official photos and name plates for assigned individuals.
Track suspense requirements in the government-provided system and ensure faculty consulting is updated in the appropriate database.
Oversee pre-course and post-course reviews between the Dean and Associate Dean.
Ensure school operating instructions remain current and up to date; oversee timecard administration and assist staff and faculty with use of the timecard system.
Provide a wide range of administrative support services to school leadership, staff, and faculty in support of courses and programs managed by the school.
Assist with ordering office supplies, gathering supply requests, and preparing itemized lists for supplies and equipment to be procured by the Government office.
