personality with previous sales experience to join our growing progressive orthodontic team as our New Patient/Treatment Coordinator. As a New Patient/Treatment Coordinator, you will help new patients when they call to set up their initial consultation and help them afford orthodontic treatment by creating a financial plan that works with their budget.

New Patient/Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Assists with setting up new patient consultation appointments
• Speak with patients and parents about orthodontic treatment presented by the doctor
• Make financial arrangements to make braces and Invisalign affordable
• Be successful in converting proposed treatment to scheduled treatment
• Follow up with undecided patients to start treatment

Treatment/Financial Coordinator Qualifications:

• Dental/orthodontic experience is not needed - if you love sales and talking with people, we will train you!
• Naturally positive, enthusiastic, outgoing, and bubbly personality
• Great attention to detail
