Full Job Description Overview:
We are looking for driven people to come be a part of our growing, team-oriented, community-focused Laboratory. Responsibilities:
Accurately enter patient information into registration system. Perform quality control checks on registration data. Assist patients complete necessary registration. Keep work area clean, organized and professional. Receptive to feedback and strives for continuous improvement. Flexible and adaptable to change. Collect co-pays and other payments from patients. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education High School Education or equivalent. Working knowledge of Medical Terminology required. Experience Six months clerical and customer service experience required. Some computer experience required. Medical and insurance experience required. Must be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM. (Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience) Licensure/Certification Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment. Outreach employees must have a Valid Oklahoma State Driver's license with less than 3 points on his/her record if being hired into department # 40110. MVR must meet
NRHS MVR
policy criteria or Defensive Driving must be taken. Compensation/Benefits $16.07-$26.25/hr depending on previous work experience.
