Position Introduction:
This position manages patient-facing administrative processes from initial contact through appointment preparation, including scheduling, registration, collection and verification of demographic and insurance information, referral processing, benefits verification, authorization requirements, and coordination of required documentation. The individual must demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously in a busy medical clinic. Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED. 18 months experience with a minimum of 6 months experience in a clinical environment and 12 months experience in a customer service role.
