Job Summary:

Minimum/Required Qualifications ' Current certification as a Veterinary Technician and ability to obtain and maintain Oregon Certification within six months of hire date. ' 3 years experience in small animal surgery as a CVT. ' Effective written/verbal communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships within a team with individuals from a variety of backgrounds. ' Demonstrated ability to effectively instruct others in veterinary techniques. ' Ability to work independently and practice good judgement to ensure high quality care. ' Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and be an active participant in problem-solving and team advancement. Position Duties 60%
